WOMEN'S KICKBOXING
Women's Kickboxing classes on Wednesdays from 6-7pm. Bring your gloves and let’s get to work.This is a cardio and toning based interval training class with an emphasis on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu style kickboxing. Which includes learning and executing a range of punch and kick combinations with the use of Muay Thai pads, kicking pads, and 100lb punching bags. Leaving you feeling strong, confident and ready to conquer your week. (No prior experience required, loaner gloves available)

Fusion Friday
This Fitness Fusion class combines different exercise disciplines into one workout, offering a varied and engaging fitness experience every week. These classes aim to challenge muscles in new ways, boost calorie burn, and prevent workout monotony. The fusion may include Yoga, Pilates, Dance-Cardio, Barre, Kickboxing and many more.
