Booking is easy! Simply sign up on this website or text us at 209.663.5139. You’ll need to submit your name, email address, date, time, and title of the class you‘d like to attend. (Example: Jane Asher, email@address.com, Pilates, Monday 10/2/25, 6pm) Sign up via website here.

Welcome, we love seeing new smiles!

For Pilates:

Bring a yoga mat, water & grip socks if you prefer. We also have some loaner mats available to use if you don't have a mat yet. Please arrive 10 minutes before class so we can give you an orientation and tour of the studio to help make your first class the best experience ever!

For Kickboxing and Fusion Friday:

Bring water, tennis shoes, a yoga mat and boxing gloves (example here🔗 (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BXBX9QR2?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) We also have loaner mats & gloves available if you don't have them yet. Please arrive 10 minutes before class so we can give you an orientation and tour of the studio to help make your first class the best experience ever!

We have a 2 hour cancellation policy. If you sign up for a class, you may cancel the class at least 2 hours in advance to avoid losing the credit. Late cancellations will be charged $10 fee (within 2 hours of the class) & a full session fee will be charged for a No Show - Please respect our time and yours.

Of course! We offer 1-hour private one-on-one sessions (or two-on-one if you want to bring a friend). During a private session, you will learn the fundamentals of our workout and receive dedicated attention to answer any questions you may have. Our instructor will tailor their focus to your unique needs and skill level to ensure you feel confident in our studio.

At MWA we offer Membership Packages. Just like a punch card, but one you don't have to keep track of. They come at a discounted rate of $17.50 per session. You may purchase these packages in any quantity of two or more. Your package sessions expire 6 months after purchase. Once you select the package that best suits you, you will be credited your FREE session.
