How do I book a class?

Booking is easy! Simply sign up here on this website or text us at 209.663.5139. You’ll need to submit your name, email address, date, time, and title of the class you‘d like to attend. Example:

It’s my first class! What do I do?

Welcome, we love seeing new smiles! 
For Pilates:
Bring a yoga mat, water &  grip socks if you prefer. We also have some loaner mats available to use if you don't have a mat yet. Please arrive 10 minutes before class so we can give you an orientation and tour of the studio to help make your first class the best experience ever!

For Kickboxing and Fusion Friday:
Bring water, tennis shoes, a yoga mat and boxing gloves (example here🔗 (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BXBX9QR2?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share)  We also have loaner mats & gloves available if you don't have them yet. Please arrive 10 minutes before class so we can give you an orientation and tour of the studio to help make your first class the best experience ever!

What is your sign up/cancelation/no show policy?

Please make sure to sign up for each session you plan to attend. We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you sign up for a class, you may cancel the class at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a fee or possibly loosing your membership. Late cancellations will be charged $15 fee & a $20 fee will be charged for a “No Show” or may result in cancellation of your membership. We value your time and ours, please do the same.

How do memberships work?

At MWA we offer Monthly Memberships. Monthly Unlimited is $200 per month and includes access to ALL of MWA classes. Monthly Premium is $140 per month with access to two classes per week. Monthly Half Plan is $70 per month and includes access to one class per week.  Note: discounted rates available for students 18 and under. Please inquire for more information.

Question 5

Can I schedule a private or small group session?

Of course! We offer 1-hour private one-on-one sessions and small group (two people) sessions. During a private session, you will learn the fundamentals of our workout and receive dedicated attention to answer any questions you may have. Our instructor will tailor their focus to your unique needs and skill level to ensure you feel confident in our studio.
