FAMILY DANCE NIGHT
Family fun dance classes (sign up required). Bring your mini me's and get your groove on to popular fun family songs. All ages and fitness levels welcome.
WOMEN'S KICKBOXING
Women's Kickboxing classes on Wednesdays from 6-7pm. Bring your gloves and lets get to work.This is a cardio and toning based interval training class with an emphasis on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu style kickboxing. Which includes learning and executing a range of punch and kick combinations with the use of Muay Thai pads, kicking pads, and 100lb punching bags. Leaving you feeling strong, confident and ready to conquer your week. (No prior experience required, loaner gloves available)
PILATES
A mat and wall based class designed for all fitness levels. Focusing on stability, stretch, strength and stamina. This class will leave you feeling centered, strong, and revitalized. Class is held on Monday & Thursday at 6pm and Friday at 10am.
